Beautiful properties should work beautifully too.
Bayley Skinner & Co. is an independent interior design and property consultancy helping owners make better decisions about their homes, holiday properties and property investments.
Led by Elaine Bayley-Skinner, the practice brings more than 30 years’ experience in interior design, property, hospitality and holiday letting to one deceptively simple question:
How can this property work better?
That might mean rethinking the layout of a home, creating interiors with greater character and longevity, preparing a property for sale, improving the performance of a holiday let, or simply helping you decide where your money is — and isn’t — worth spending.
Good interior design isn’t about buying more. And good property decisions rarely begin with choosing a paint colour.
They begin by understanding the property, how it needs to work and what you want it to achieve.
From a focused consultation or independent property review to complete interior design and project leadership, Bayley Skinner & Co. provides experienced, practical advice tailored to the property and the people using it.
Based on Dartmoor in Devon, the practice works with private clients, property owners and hospitality businesses across Devon, Cornwall, the South Hams, the Cotswolds and London.
